The buzz going round was that doing yoga during pregnancy can be very beneficial, yoga helps you breathe and to relax, my understanding would be that this would help you with the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. Its very calming, and providing you the physical and emotional stress relief your body needs throughout pregnancy.
